Magnesium - Beneficial to promote relaxation and reduce muscle cramping and spasms.

Magnesium is involved in more than 300 enzymatic reactions in the body, -ATP synthesis, protein synthesis, glycogen breakdown, and fatty acid oxidation.

Deficiency in Magnesium can manifest in fatigue and muscle weakness. Magnesium may also help decrease cramping during pregnancy as well as leg cramping.

Dosage: 200mg - 500mg/day. Citrate and Malate are more bioavailable than oxide and hydroxide forms.
